Why the Pop-Up Display was the right choice for IT & business solution specialist, Intelligence Limited

Intelligence Limited provides innovative and cost-effective solutions to business problems and strategy issues.  They help customers analyse their position, understand their market and advise on shaping their future direction. Intelligence subsequently develop change programmes to develop manage their clients’ systems, help communicate their message and monitor the results.

Intelligence selected the TFM&A exhibition at Earls Court in London to promote the latest in their line of innovative software products, ibInsight™. The event attracts professionals involved in marketing and advertising, so whilst Intelligence had an offering that is directly relevant to that market they needed to make sure, as a first time exhibitor, they had the right presentation to communicate their message.

Challenge:

Exhibiting within a 3 x 3m shell scheme space, graphics were needed to play a significant part in attracting attention and conveying the key messages. An area to demonstrate software had to be incorporated into the stand design.

In order to maximise their budget and effectiveness from the event, Intelligence wanted to re-use the graphics for future participation at trade shows as well as for internal presentations.

Travelling from the Isle of Man to London by car also meant the display had to be portable, lightweight and easy to manage.

Solution:

Kathie Spooner at Intelligence invited GForce Limited to provide a display stand that ticked all the right boxes. The final exhibition stand solution was a Graphic Pop-Up Display with a case to counter kit and table-top. It looked fantastic and enabled Intelligence to get the absolute best from the show in terms of the experience they acquired and in the quality and quantity of leads they achieved.

  • A branded case-to-counter kit provided the ideal solution for a laptop demonstration of the software – the transport case doubles as a counter with a branded graphic wrap to hide the case, add a hinged table-top and the demo unit is complete

The modular design of the pop-up display chosen by Intelligence means it can grow and evolve with their exhibiting needs. Graphics can be easily replaced or a second set added in the future to support further product developments. For events where a larger display is required, the frame can be easily extended and further graphics added.
