The Isle of Man Department of Tourism & Leisure exhibits at events around the UK and Eire. A typical exhibiting programme consists of 6 travel and tourism events per year including World Travel Market at ExCel in London.
Exhibition stand requirements are diverse and therefore the Department was aiming to satisfy a number of criteria in the selection of their exhibition stand solution:
- The exhibition stand needed to be of a high quality and durable
- A substantial exhibiting programme still required a value for money solution
- Exhibition stand space varied from 20 square metres up to 95 square metres
- It needed to be re-configurable to allow for the varying exhibition stand spaces
- It needed to be easily and efficiently packed for transportation between exhibition venues
- Graphics needed to be carefully designed and produced to allow for continuous re-use of graphics and branding elements at each show

By purchasing the modular exhibition stand and re-using it for their whole exhibiting programme, the Department was able to maximise their exhibiting budget and achieve real value for money. At the Bike Show at the NEC, the Department was able to re-configure and re-use elements of their stand and re-brand by simply producing a second set of graphics.
